Velveth Simite

Velveth Simite is a Project Captain at O’Brien Architects, bringing a unique blend of skills and dedication to her work. Growing up in Lexington, Nebraska, Velveth’s childhood dreams of being the “boss” and traveling the world led her to the field of architecture, where she found a way to combine both aspirations. 

After initially studying interior design, Velveth’s passion for the built environment and her drive to grow professionally have led her to pursue a path toward becoming a licensed architect. Her mentors, Tyler and Amanda Sheridan, have been instrumental in shaping her career, imparting the valuable lesson: “don’t follow your passion, instead, bring it with you in everything that you do.”

Her daily habits, including reading, listening to growth-focused podcasts, and staying active and hydrated, help her maintain the energy and focus needed to excel in her role. Velveth enjoys keeping active, whether it’s hitting the gym or engaging in other wellness routines.
