A proud Dallas native, Steffany has always called the city home, even as she enjoys visiting new places and exploring new experiences. Her career path has been shaped by curiosity, openness, and a willingness to follow her interests, ultimately leading her to O’Brien Architects. She is proud to be part of a team where she can continue learning, growing, and contributing each day.

Steffany is inspired by her mom, who taught her to never give up, finish what she starts, and believe that “if there’s a will, there’s a way.” That mindset guides her work with patience, positivity, and a desire to make others feel acknowledged and supported.

Outside of work, Steffany enjoys bike rides around White Rock Lake and reading a good book afterward. She is also motivated by her nieces and nephews, hoping to show them that learning can be both rewarding and fun.
