Raymond Kahl, RA

Raymond Kahl is a Senior Project Manager at O’Brien Architects, where he combines decades of industry experience with a passion for mentorship and meaningful collaboration. Originally from Bradenville, Pennsylvania, he grew up dreaming of becoming an aeronautical engineer or a doctor, drawn early on to precision and purpose.

His career has been shaped by the wisdom of mentor Jerry Horne, who taught him one of the most valuable lessons: “Leave your ego at the door and listen to your client.” That mindset continues to guide his client-centered approach and his dedication to helping others succeed. 

Outside the office, Raymond’s creativity spills into the kitchen, he once auditioned for Master Chef and presented a dish in the first round. When he’s not experimenting with food, you’ll likely find him relaxing at home, snacking or catching up on The Old Man.
