His current focus is building and scaling Sales Operations, ensuring the company has the visibility, planning processes, and talent strategy needed to support sustainable growth.
Patrick’s experience spans high-growth organizations and complex operational environments. He was part of a software company’s expansion from 300 to 3,000 employees and helped navigate its transition to a public company. Along the way, he led global teams across client delivery and operations, developing a practical understanding of how organizations scale while maintaining performance. Earlier in his career, he worked in Big Four consulting, experience that continues to shape his analytical and results-driven approach to real estate.
Known for bringing clarity to complex challenges, Patrick excels at breaking large initiatives into manageable steps and aligning teams around shared priorities. He leads with accountability, trust, and a focus on results that drive long-term success.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his 14-month-old son, whose energy and curiosity provide a daily reminder of the importance of perspective and prioritization.
