Andrew Ancona, RA

Andrew Ancona specializes in architectural design and project management at O’Brien Architects, where he plays a pivotal role in designing innovative spaces and providing strategic support. Originally from Akron, OH, Andrew’s childhood dream was to become a dinosaur, a reflection of his imagination and creative spirit.

His career is fueled by a passion for continual growth and mentorship. He is inspired by Grant Cardone’s advice to ignore the naysayers and aim for larger goals. He firmly believes in the power of mindset, and his approach to work is driven by a desire to support his team and push for excellence. 

Before moving to Texas, Andrew founded and owned a video production company, showcasing his ability to bring creative projects to life. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée and relaxing with his favorite drink, an Old Fashioned garnished with cherry wood smoke.
