Work/shop is a mixed-use, family-friendly environment in the heart of Addison on Belt Line Road. This multi-faceted commercial site consists of both office and retail offerings located a half-mile East of the Dallas North Tollway at 5494 Belt Line Road. The project consists of two, 3-story office buildings totaling 135,000 SF of completely renovated Class A office space (including modern spec suite offerings) and 81,500 square feet of Class A, multilevel retail fronting Belt Line Road connected by a newly planted central park and greenspace.
