We are honored to help Verily Life Sciences design a new office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

It was essential to Verily to select a space that fits their needs, which is why they chose 2999 Olympus at Cypress Waters. Their team fell in love with Cypress Waters’s environment and how our team at O’Brien designed a space where their culture can thrive.

The Verily team wanted an office design that is energetic, collaborative, and attractive to top talent in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our design provides a variety of flexible workspaces. We incorporated build-in, unique booths in coordination with various furniture solutions for their team members to have options that fit their work style. We’re excited to achieve all these factors while meeting a clean, organic design under a tight schedule.

Meeting Verily’s design wishes did not come without challenges. Their office is under Google security restrictions for all power, data, and suite access. Working with the Verily team, Google security and AV teams, the contractor, and the project manager, we coordinated the specific requirements of each team to include security doors and provide power for all furniture without compromising the office’s design.
