The Reserve

The Reserve in Mansfield is set to redefine the city’s future. This 200-acre master-planned, mixed-use destination will honor the city’s historic character, while fueling growth and creating a new heart for the community.

Stillwater Capital engaged O’Brien Architects and Land Design to transform the Concept Plan into a full Master Plan and is now preparing for the first phase of development- based on the original vision to create a vibrant community destination.

Four core elements will shape The Reserve:
 • The Canal District – a 35-foot-wide, 0.5-mile navigable canal surrounded by future restaurants, shops, office space, and a hotel and conference center.
 • The Central Plaza – flexible community space for markets, events, and seasonal programming.
 • The Bay – waterfront dining with open-air patios and boat access from the canal.
 • Central Park – trails, open lawns, and an amphitheater for outdoor events and everyday use.
