The Fountains at Farah
The Fountains at Farah offers a refreshing, open-air shopping and dining experience in El Paso, highlighted by numerous cascading water displays throughout the development. Designed by Jack O’Brien, with full architectural services provided by the firm, the venue features 650,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space spanning 30 buildings across two terraced levels, a 1,700-space parking garage, and outdoor spaces that include an event lawn and 2,000 linear foot pedestrian thoroughfare. The regional lifestyle center features fresh, name-brand boutiques and on-trend and mid-range department stores. Tenants that are new to the El Paso market include Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s Sporting Goods, HomeGoods, and Firehouse Subs, among others.
This large-scale lifestyle retail center had an extremely accelerated schedule and budget. The entire project was designed with concrete tilt wall panels structure for speed of erection and economy of scale pricing. Architectural embellishment was adhered over the concrete title wall to provide an aesthetically pleasing, pedestrian-friendly design.
