Rayzor Ranch Town Center
Located in the thriving North Texas college town of Denton, Rayzor Ranch is a 410 acre master planned community encompassing retail, residential, hotel, office, medical, parks, and entertainment. O’Brien is providing services for the Rayzor Ranch Town Center, a 650,000 square foot retail destination with an open air design inspired by historic Texas urban architecture. When complete, it will be the largest super-regional retail development between Dallas and Oklahoma City.
