O’Brien partnered with the multifamily developer, owner, and operator Presidium, a diversified real estate investment and management firm on The Presidium Valley View, a 344-unit apartment community in the Far North Dallas area.
The company broke ground on the five-story luxury residential community in April 2022. Presidium Valley View will have 344 apartments with 9-foot ceilings and upscale finishes, including stainless steel appliances, built-in desks and mudrooms, energy-efficient full-sized washers and dryers, and designer quartz countertops and kitchen islands, large private balconies, walk-in closets, and upgraded fixtures.
The Presidium Valley View plans include a clubroom area, coffee bar, game room with gaming tables, theater lounge and golf simulator, fitness center, a social lounge with a catering kitchen, and a business center with private offices, co-working spaces, and conference rooms. The exterior spaces will include a swimming pool with private cabanas, a courtyard with fire pits, a yoga lawn, outdoor kitchens, a private dog park with a pet spa, and more.
O’Brien also worked with Presidium to design the Presidium Frisco Square, a 368-unit apartment community near Frisco’s Main Street and the Dallas North Tollway, set for completion in mid-2023.
