This project is part of the Presidium Austin master plan in Austin Tx. The site is at the intersection of an international airport, the country’s only Formula One circuit, a new world-class surf park, and a major concert venue, Presidium Austin will be home to a diverse and dynamic crowd coming from all over the world. Presidium Austin plans to offer exceptional entertainment for kids and adults, including sky cinemas and mountain winery. Presidium Austin is a Garden style, surface parked residential project on approximately 23.2 acres. The project includes two residential buildings which are 4 stories with elevators. The main building provides state of the art amenities for residents on both the first level and the fourth level deck with great views of the city. The amenities include high-tech co-working spaces, fitness center, resident car wash area, indoor bike storage with bike repair stations and a dog park and dog spa. There are 307 apartment units, including studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
