Optym

When software developers, Optym, chose to relocate their headquarters from Gainesville, Florida to Dallas, Texas, they wanted to create a creative and open space that offered flexibility for their growing team to move around and work in different spaces. An office on the 5th floor of 3401 Olympus in Cypress Waters created that opportunity with 15,204 SF of office space as well as shared outdoor space and nearby restaurants. The office embraces the modern, clean lined style of many tech offices but adds a touch of warmth through wood and living walls. After being welcomed by two custom geometric reception desks featuring quartz fronts, guests are invited into the large break room called The Cafe. This space has a coffee shop feel with brick-look porcelain tiles on the walls, wood-look floors, deeper colors in the finishes, and designed custom butcher block tables. A custom storage/bench system along the walls offers additional workspace with an amazing view.
