Mueller MF spans 4.9 acres and features two multi-family buildings. The East Building on Aldrich Street, the primary pedestrian frontage, includes retail spaces, a leasing office, and Amenity Hubs. The West Building on Mueller Boulevard, the primary vehicular frontage, offers live-work units and a leasing office. These five-story podium structures use materials like brick, metal siding, and natural wood to create a timeless, urban aesthetic. A pedestrian paseo and courtyards enhance walkability and street activation, while both buildings offer pool courtyards and separate parking garages, blending functionality with design.
