McKinney Corporate Center I

O’Brien designed this 124,000 sq. ft. office building for VanTrust Real Estate within the McKinney Corporate Center, a 137 acre office park that is part of the 2,200 acre Craig Ranch master-planned business, retail, and residential community. The modern and contemporary project combines both rough faced and honed natural limestone, with asymmetrical design, planes of layering materials, and three story curtain wall. The building is currently occupied by Barclays.
