Jefferson – Alpha West
Established in 2019, Jefferson Alpha West is a Class A development with 408 units located in Farmers Branch, Texas, “an oasis of small-town life in the heart of a big-city bustle.” Units feature 10-foot ceilings, private patios, and ground floor backyards. Our O’Brien team focused especially on the amenity spaces and how they flow out into the common areas. There is a gorgeous Paseo, pool area and lounge, and our team worked with the landscape architect to marry the inside with the outdoors. Our team cultivated the best lighting and fabrics so that they work seamlessly together to create a cohesive space on the interior and exterior.
Jefferson Alpha West is located off the Dallas N. Tollway, a quick, safe, convenient connection for motorists between downtown Dallas and cities in Collin, Denton and northern Dallas counties. Jefferson Alpha West is also just steps away from the Galleria mall, and less than two miles from the Addison Circle retail, park, and special events center in Addison, Texas. Carrollton, Cedar Hill, and Dallas are nearby cities.
Residents enjoy controlled access, a resort-style pool, rooftop lounge, and fitness center. For pet lovers, dogs and cars are allowed, and there is even a community dog park!
