Gates of Prosper

The Gates of Prosper is a large-scale, master-planned retail and mixed-use development situated at the intersection of Preston Road and U.S. Highway 380 in Prosper, Texas. Spanning approximately 800 acres, the project is being developed by Blue Star Land and managed by Lincoln Property Company. . Once fully completed, it is expected to encompass over 2 million square feet of retail and restaurant space, making it one of the largest retail developments in North Texas.
