DSV’s new Laredo location strengthens the company’s regional presence, becoming its newest  Texas facility and further expanding its logistics footprint through a modern, build-to-suit  warehouse and office campus. Delivered through a design-build process, the project emphasizes  efficiency, sustainability, and a strong brand presence, targeting LEED Silver certification.  Generous glazing, clean modern lines, and extensive façade reveals create a distinctive  architectural identity, while two large employee amenity areas and a grand stair at the main  office entry support collaboration, comfort, and recruitment in a competitive logistics market.
