2999 Olympus

2999 Olympus is a five-minute drive to and from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, making it convenient for companies and business owners looking for a place to hold events, retreats, team meetings, or other functions. 

The ten-story building is currently being developed in Cypress Waters. It will feature a façade constructed of precast panels with brick inlays and a double-height canopy at the base of the building. 

Set within Cypress Waters, a lakeside development owned by Billingsley Company, team members at 2999 Olympus can enjoy work, live, and play lifestyle with free time near the waterside.
