Prattco is undertaking a 2 million dollar remodel at Prestonwood Place, now called Knoll Trail Crossing. This renovation will increase the occupancy rate and return the office to a Class A rating. Time has worn down the aesthetics of the building that was built in 1983 calling for an update to the interior and exterior.
