Sloan Corners
Sloan Corners is a 500-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of US-75 and SH-121 in Allen and Fairview, Texas. Developed by Billingsley Company, the project is designed as a long-term district that combines office, residential, retail, hospitality, parks, and public space into a connected ecosystem built for growth. Plans include more than 10 million square feet of office space, 6,000 apartment units, over 200,000 square feet of retail, hotel accommodations, and more than 50 acres of parks and trails along Sloan Creek.
O’Brien Architects is providing architecture, master planning, and multifamily design services across the development, including the Hartwood Square residential phases. The work focuses on shaping a walkable, human-scaled environment that integrates buildings, landscape, and public realm into a cohesive district experience.
