Primera 121 Commerce Center

121 Commerce Center offers efficient, high-quality “Pre-Finished Suites” for family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs or start-ups. The leasing process is simple. Among the specifications for the suites are 10′ ceilings, insulated walls separating the suites, high-grade carpet tiles, and 9′ cherry wood doors with high-end hardware. Each suite has its own independent thermostat. All offices are CAT-5e pre-wired and pre-terminated, ready to be used on move-in day. Each suite is pre-wired with fiber access available through AT&T and Time Warner. Under-counter refrigerators are provided in each suite.
