Cypress Waters is a large, 200 acre office and residential development situated along the south edge of North Lake. Streets and pedestrian ways throughout have been carefully crafted to encourage pedestrian movement and enhance the experience.

In the overall masterplan the office community and the residential community each have its own modern and artistic character. The common link between the two is The Sound, which contrary to the others is designed to be industrial hip. Framing the back side of the restaurants along the lake is a pair of “twin” 5 story signature office buildings. These buildings retain the flavor of The Sound while giving tenants a unique office brand within the overall development.

"Sean O’Brien and team have the creativity, alacrity and flexibility to be great design partners. They listen closely and then bring all the historical architectural smarts and a fresh eye to creating places where you’d like to be. They first think through making the public realm inviting and then enrich that with great architecture."
