This is a town center that is planned to have 210,000 sf of retail, a theatre, and a grocer.  660 residential units are called for, with some work/live units, and twenty townhomes.  The site plan utilizes views of the adjacent lake to enhance the value of the property for all users.  There is a mass transit stop on the property, making this project a powerful example of what a TOD can be like when all of the pieces come into place.
