This is a 300,000 sf mixed-use specialty center, including; a grocer, a movie theater, and a bookstore as an anchor.  There are four stories of residential lofts.  The client wanted a traditional design so O'Brien chose a variation of bricks, with primrose for the base of the palate, and colonial architecture elements such as chimneys and dormers.
