Amberpoint provides multiple industrial product types, including cross-dock, rear-load, showroom, and tech space.  The industrial park began with a 307,000 sf phase I cross-dock building.  The design theme includes Austin Stone and galvanized metal canopies.  The phase II building was a 400,000 sf Staples E-Commerce building where Staples fulfills internet orders for the entire country.  Phase III includes a 550,000 sf cross-dock and two 80,000 rear loads facing Sandy Lake Road.  The overall site includes several other build-to-suit projects soon to be developed.
