Turtle Creek Village

Nestled in a highly desirable, established urban neighborhood, Turtle Creek Village was originally built in 1969. The mixed use center’s recent overhaul involved demolition of a six story office building to make way for anchor tenant The Fresh Market. O’Brien undertook design of the 23,900 square foot grocery outlet, seizing the opportunity to make a contemporary statement that captures the area’s personality. The project features natural limestone, copper panels, wood accents, and a minimalist color palette, with an entry canopy that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
